My experience at Hotel Pabela was marred by significant issues. The room environment was unsettling due to an unbearable odor, making it impossible to stay there. Additionally, the lack of basic amenities like hangers and an iron only compounded the frustrations. The TV was so small that watching it felt like a joke, and there was barely any natural light coming through the oddly placed windows.

The hotel had very attentive staff who ensured that the reception was always staffed, allowing for easy check-in and check-out without hassle.

We enjoyed a comfy stay with a big room. The breakfast was super tasty, and it was such a nice vibe to start the day. Staff were friendly, though a bit slow with the service, which was kinda frustrating. Also, the bar area was a cool spot to chill after a long day exploring Ocotlan.

friendly staff

staying at pabela was a great choice. the large double room was spacious and clean, giving us plenty of comfort. breakfast was really good with a nice variety of options, and the price was totally fair. the staff were quite friendly, which added a nice touch to our stay.

the service was a bit slow at times.

It was just a solid selection for strolling around in Ocotlan with excellent value for money. The location was convenient for exploring local spots. Bring some snacks as there aren’t many dining options nearby.
